Try Craigslist or one of the local swap sites on Facebook first.
I rented through this agency for four years. Customer service is abysmal. The agent couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me as I waited for him to complete a phone call (he kept his back to me the entire time) and when he was through, he didn't stand up, shake my hand, introduce himself or ask my name.

If you rent from these people document everything! Take pictures, record dates, make copies of all paperwork turned in! They kept my entire deposit on technicalities. They changed their excuse for keeping it three times. And then they just told me to get a lawyer because they decided the case was closed.
