Kathryn absolutely made our dream house a reality! She was extremely helpful at every turn and was always available to answer questions day or night. I appreciated her willingness to take the extra time to explain all the details. I will use her again and again. Mattawa/Desert Aire, beautiful scenery, weather, employment!
Bought a Single Family home in 2020 in Mattawa, WA. Our experience with Rick was fantastic. We told him what we were looking for and literally that same day he showed us multiple homes we were interested in, one of which we purchased. Rick is the guy to talk to for Desert Aire real estate. He is well plugged into what's available and what may be coming available.
Motorized water sports. Motor boating and water-skiing are popular pastimes on the river, particularly in Summer when midday temperatures range from the low 80's to 90+°F. Non-motorized water sports. Abundant winds in the Columbia Gorge makes Desert Aire a popular destination for sailing, windsurfing and other sail sports.

Persons aged 50 and older are welcome to come and enjoy the active social life and activities of the Center that include card playing, mahjong and other games, crafting, exercise classes, and other regular social / cultural events.

A little dirty but it was close to where I was going fishing. It was either stay here or drive an hour to the tri-cities. Tv was a Little fuzzy and I was afraid to touch the lamp, but the bed was comfortable. Sign by the door said "before you leave you room put your valuables in your car"

Fine place to sleep in, WiFi wasn't very good but was decent enough, room was very clean no interruptions during the night, air conditioning unit was very cold but was perfect. Do recommend being here.

Keep driving! Dirty! Broken door, TV doesn't work, and they don't care! Never stay in this rat hole again!

Pricey and dirty. I can get a clean, maintained motel in the Seattle area for the same price. Carpet was not vacuumed. The toilet sprayed from the bottom when you flushed. And the room was so hot even my baby was sweating. Also, the wifi didn’t work and there was no cell service. I only stayed here because it was the only motel within about 40 to 50 miles.

The place looks really creepy outside and inside. Needs alot of improvement and lots of love. But for one night its was ok at least the room didn't smell bad and it was clean. For me it was pricey because it didn't have breakfast included not even a ready cup of coffee from the gas station specially in a such lonely place.

I don't really stay at motels so I don't actually know much about what the standard is for price or facilities. Overall I found the facilities to be okay and the price to be fair. Most importantly, I really thought the staff were awesome! They were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond what was required of them. I really appreciated it, and it very much improved my stay in the area. :) Thank you!
