Scam Alert !!
Mr. Long is not the nice gentleman that this town tries to display him as. He is very unprofessional. He had my tax paperwork for over a month and never filed them. He and his employees kept changing the information about my return. They knew they had not filed my taxes but they told me to keep an eye on the irs refund tracker tool. Then he told me he was going to charge me a $400 expedite fee for my return that he still had not filed. He likes to play games and beat around the bush. The positive reviews on here are from his family and friends. Not realistic reviews. They refuse

CAUTION!!! SCAM ARTIST!!!
Mr. Long seems like a nice man until you become a client. He didn’t do a thing and then tried to charge us thousands. I know it seems unbelievable, but its really that simple. I had to threaten to file a complaint against his CPA license to get him release the LLC paperwork that we had to file ourselves! And then he still tried to send us a bill!!!
H&R Block would be a better and more professional service than this circus.
Read the other reviews carefully. They are from family members of Mr. Long, not clients.
I would rather deal with the IRS myself than go through

I found the service wonderful. All of my taxes were filed correctly and on time. Roy Long treated me with respect and the office staff were very kind and inviting. Clearly the previous reviewer has no grasp of what it really takes to file taxes and manage accounts, which is this company’s specialty and why Mr. Long has won best CPA 6 years in a row.

Not efficient. Never got anything done on time. Literally did nothing. He is a scam artist. We have an LLC and paid for everything late because he didn’t keep up with it like he was supposed to. We have subcontractors who work for us and our tax paperwork never got filed. Just a clustermuck. Not to mention his demeanor. He literally threatened me the day we fired him and followed me out to my car yelling at me and making rude hand gestures as I was trying to flee. (He is a big guy...)
