Be cautious if you intend to hire Mr. Rong for CPA or tax services. He does not respond promptly, and sometimes not at all, to phone messages or emails. On many questions related to taxes, what he said turned out to be glaringly wrong, yet he continued to insist he was correct. Someone who files taxes and gets paid to do it should be well-versed on tax rules and laws, and that is not the case here.
