They charge by the hour for real estate services, even if your home purchase doesn't go to closing. I contacted Nicole to tell her my wife & I were buying a house. A few days later my realtor contacted her saying we wouldn't be needing her services after all. Just received a bill for $60 for work supposedly done within that time frame.
