From contract to closing, our firm will guide you through the process. We represent buyers and sellers of residential and commercial property. We are available to review a contract, or negotiate and write a contract suited to your unique needs. Our attorneys will address all aspects of the transaction: title, deeds, taxes, notes and mortgages, and move you toward a successful closing.
Don came to Maine after graduating from the University of Richmond, Class of '74. In 1979 Don began an apprenticeship in traditional wooden boat building at the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath. He and his wife Ruth bought a home in Bath in 1981 where they raised two daughters. They still live in that same house and enjoy being part of Bath's community.
Though born and raised in New Jersey, Christopher moved to Maine from Portland, Oregon. His wife grew up in mid-coast Maine and she and her family are enjoying showing Christopher and their two small boys all the reasons to love Maine. Before becoming an attorney Christopher's work experiences were quite varied.
