Before that, the owner had lived in Thailand where she gained 30 years of authentic massage training which she then taught to her massage therapists. I've been to this establishment numerous times and sadly, it just keeps getting worse. Tonight is the last night I'm coming here! First of all, how are you going to expect to get paid for an hour massage when you didn't massage for an hour? This is the second time this has happened to us and I had to say something tonight. We are good tippers and we tip big when services are satisfying and fulfilled. On top of that, my masseuse had no skill whatsoever! My husband and I have been here a handful of times and sadly none we're impressive. During our most recent service the massage therapists we had insisted on talking to us and each other for a good 30 out of 60 minutes. Don't get us wrong- we would love to converse but at a different time as we are coming in and paying for a quiet, relaxing service. On top of that I could feel my lady texting while massaging as she was not discrete and I could feel the phone on the bed vibrating. Awesome experience! My girlfriends and I were out on a date and decided to do massages last minute before dinner. They're located in the Aiea Town Center. Plenty of free parking and surrounded by tons of places to eat. Tyra was my masseuse and she was great! Also met Pin, the owner-super sweet lady! I'll be bringing my husband next time for a couples massage. Definitely recommend!

I went to the location in Town Square Aiea. I saw JJ for this visit, it was just what I needed. I am a pretty muscular girl and workout a lot so I tend to be super sore all the time. It was relaxing and the perfect amount of pressure. It definitely helped flush out the lactic acid in my body. Thank you

Went here because our feet and legs were sore after walking and cycling for a couple days. The lady at the desk recommended the masseuse "J.J." for me because I told her my legs hurt. I was told the this masseuse would help me. I was not only provided with a relaxing massage, she helped me with the pain in my calves and hamstring. It really saved the rest of our vacation because I was no longer sore.

Big parking lot and very easy to find the location. They have many masseuse who are very knowledgeable and know how to do authentic Thai massage. The pressure is very good and they know all the pressure points. I felt very relaxed and my knots and any tension was fixed! The ambience of this location is very clean and spacious.

I went to the Century Plaza location years ago and I enjoyed my experience. Since I've moved to Pearl City, I was in search of a massage spa. I found Pin Thai Aiea and I was so excited... well, I should have read the reviews first. Rookie mistake.
I called last night at about 7:50 to make an appointment. Thankfully, they picked up the phone because they close at 8 pm. I called the Pearl City location - Harbor Center. The woman on the phone suggested going to the Aiea Shopping Center location because it's bigger. I said sure - no problem.
My appointment was at 10 am. Lots of free parking

Had a couples massage in the evening at sunset. The facility was beautiful and clean with amazing views. Great pricing and easy to find . I gave it 3 stars because my masseuse did not do as in-depth of a massage as my spouses did. I feel like several steps were skipped, also he talked a large portion of the time ( not something I enjoy during a massage) also also they kept trying to give me health tips and tell me about my spleen I just wanted to close my eyes and zone out and relax and I was unable to do that. All of the female massage therapist IV had have been amazing. I would go again and

UPDATE: I'm back 2 days later to tell y'all the back of my head where she just kept massaging is in sooo much pain, it's basically swollen/bruised. Super painful and I'm so full of regrets about the whole massage experience.

But today we decided to go just for a chill Saturday. I called and made an appointment just 20 minutes before showing up and they were open. Then they couldn't take my husband and I. The woman told me she was the only person there. Funny, cuz i called 20 mins ago, someone quit in that amount of time? I will not be returning to this business. The masseuse guilted me to tipping more which is completely unprofessional. The massage was decent - not bad but not the best. She had asked me at the beginning of the massage what areas I wanted to focus on, and then proceeded to provide a standard full body massage. I had provided a 13% tip, which admittedly is on the low side, and ended up tipping more. But a customer should never be obligated to pay more then what they feel the service deserves. I loved my massage it was very, very good. The place was clean and the sheets were clean there weren't any stains. My masseuse Jacky was very respectful and very good with targeting pain. I enjoyed the services very much. The only thing I thought was weird was they had to call my payment in over phone because I had used a card. Other then that I will keep returning to this place.

I tend to get muscle pain I places that take a lot of work to get and not many can. Apple was the perfect therapist, she would find a knot in a muscle and would be relentless till it was gone. I was in tears a couple times but since my original therapist retired over a year ago, its been hard to find some one. She was awesome. My body feels great. Gotta try this place.

Love this experience with this place. I am interested in massage and looking for a place for massage everywhere I go. One day I has a chance to travel to Hawaii and looking for a massage around my hotel area, and I found this place where was the closest once.
