I had an appointment booked ahead of time and received a reminder email confirming it. When I arrived, I was told that I did not have one.
No representative notified me of my cancellation, which left me bamboozled and thought they were joking. I was also told that it is, "better to call." If that is the case, booking an appointment online should not be available so that future clients do not have the same experience as I did.
This was unprofessional, even though the word "professional" is in the name of the establishment.

I've only been here twice. I found them online and read the reviews so I decided to give them a try.
Hazel, the owner was nice. I got a massage from Chasity and boy was she awesome. She was able to hit every spot that needed attention. I went back the next week and again I had an awesome massage, also with Chasity.
It's hard to find a good masseuse and I'm blessed to have found this place.
I highly recommend this place.
