In addition, most of our services are covered by our Limited Warranty. Our caring and courteous Team Members are professionally trained at accredited schools and receive regular training to keep up with current techniques.

Services
Most dental insurance types, such a regular, fee-for-service, and PPO versions work at Perry Dental Solutions. However, the DMO/HMO versions and certain Medicaid/Medicare or government-provided dental insurance plans do not work at this office. If you have any questions, please contact the office for more information.
NOTE: This offer does not include prophylaxis or teeth cleaning because your particular oral health condition will determine the type of cleaning you may need. We’ve been going here for years and have always been happy with the service and outcomes. They have a new hygienist, Becki, and this was our first time getting a clean with her. She is really great! My son is 14 and had a question and she answered him in a way that he really responded to. She really took the time to show him a couple of techniques that I know he will do. When we left there he said “I really liked her.” Then he said “She really gave me a good scrubbing’”. It was funny, but it was true! We both noticed that this was an especially good cleaning!

The staff at PDS are all kind and friendly. The dentist is down to earth and personable, and the hygienist is quick, thorough, and awesome at what she does! I love how this office offers an affordable dental club for individuals without insurance. The club covers 3 cleanings per year, while regular dental insurance covers only 2. Highly recommend Perry Dental Solutions!

I have tried many Dentist in the Lake County area and I wish I had found Perry Dental sooner! Melodie, the hygienist, cleaned my teeth with care and sensitivity. The best cleaning I have ever had! Dr.John was thorough and explained many options to correct my dental issues along with budgetary numbers.
