My husband and I ate here for a date night, we loved the food (see pictures). We ordered the Duck Potstickers and the Chicken Schnitzel to share. For dessert we had the Key Lime Pie. We sat at the bar as we didn’t make reservations, but the service was still good and timely. It was pretty loud, but being at the bar, we sat next to each other and were able to hear each other a bit better. Not sure that would’ve been our experience if we were across a table.

I am not normally speechless but here we are folks. I have to summon words though because this fine as all get out dining establishment deserves all the praise. We had 2 apps the grilled artichokes and the honey siracha shrimp. They both were excellent and balanced super well with contrasting flavors of char and sweet with heat. We were told that they had switched chefs and hats off because not only did he fill big shoes he made his presence felt and made it his own. We went here for Happy Hour (4-6 Tues-Sat) and the deals were amazing! We ordered the Fried Pickles ($3), the Pretzel Bites ($3), and the Truffle Fries ($6). We were a little disappointed to find that the pickles were Bread & Butter pickles and not Dill, but we made do. They have lots of drink specials for Happy Hour as well. The service was excellent! We will come back for Happy Hour, but the prices on the dinner menu looked very steep. Overall, it was a great experience!

The Pig & Finch offers incredibly complex flavors at a price that’s a tier below their sister chain, 805 Chophouse. The wagyu burger was excellent and the espresso rubbed pork shoulder was unique and mouth watering. The only place they felt short was the cocktails. I ordered their speciality barrel aged cocktail and there was almost more orange peel than liquid. I would not order cocktails again here but rather walk across the street to the Verdigris bar where you can have similarly priced cocktails ($14-18) of a higher caliber.

It is a beautiful place with beautiful presentation of the food. The fried pickles were really good. ($6) The braised short rib was very bland.(22) Mashed potatoes and asparagus were good. The salmon's (32) crust was very overpowering and salty for the amount of salmon you get. The rest of the plate was hard to eat after the overpowering flavor of the crust, I couldn't finish it. The salmon also did not taste fresh. Apple tart was decent but definitely not 12 dollars good.... I really wanted to like this place but the food fell very short of the price point expectations. I have paid similar amounts
