We serve Local, Regional, and Destination Clients in the Pacific Northwest and Beyond! Sarah Day founded SAS Weddings on the core principles that each client has an individual style, set of goals, unique needs and personal schedule.

Let me start off by saying I was stupid and did not hire Sarah Day/SAS Weddings from the start. After a not-so-good experience with another wedding planner I had to make the decision to part ways and that is when a co-worker and friend referred me to Sarah Day. Once my now hubby and I met with Sarah, she became our Queen-in-shining-glittery heels!
As much as we love jet setting around the country we also can't help but have our local favorites. We pride ourselves on finding the perfect vendor for each unique situation but here is a way for us to share some of the amazing companies we work with everyday. Special packages and discounts may also be available at our preferred venues.
We love having personal conversations with our potential couples as we become such a big part of the planning process together. Our clients are located all around the world so electronic forms of communication have become more and more necessary. When you hire Sarah Day, you hire one of the best event planners around.
Her attention to detail is amazing, The organizational skills with those details are even better. Somehow she takes all the information, special request, little nuggets of insight she receives from her clients, and compiles them into a well organized, easy to follow "playbook" for the event.
Being on the inside of hundreds of wedding and events, I've been witness to a few that go awry. With Sarah and the SAS Weddings team, this simply doesn't happen. Every part of the day they have control over moves along as scripted because

Wow is an understatement ! Beyond anything you could ever ask for . Sarah what an amazing job you do . I have worked with you and SAS on occasion and always such detail . I’m so impressed by the way you care for your clients and make sure they get more than just what’s asked of you . The little details that you know and people wouldn’t think of is what impresses me . Not just anyone could do the level of what I have seen you do.
