I had a family emergency and my refrigerator broke. My medicines start getting bad. I called so many repair service companies but no one came to rescue but this company. They were very responsive to my urgent need and immediately came to look at my refrigerator. They were able to get the part quickly and my refrigerator was fixed the next day. They informed me when they were coming and were on time..Great technician!

Ok, so I was fortunate enough to have had my service request transferred here through my insurance because my previous contractors were unresponsive and wouldn't show for appointments. Mike was very straight forward with me from the beginning and responsive. Even came sooner than planned. Then I want to say Frank? Came to do the initial inspection and again and was very friendly and quick. Then come the day of my appointment I had Eddie and John come and again pleasant experience. Very professional and efficient and made sure everything in every room was up and running at a good temperature

I was contracted with 88 mechanical after my home warranty issued a repair request. It has been a week and we have not heard from 88 mechanical. I called them 3 days in a row with no response in addition to the warranty company calling them. I tried to go to their office but all they have is a PO Box at a mail store. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I am writing this review in error 88 Mechanical can give me a call and explain why you have not returned my call nor a call to the warranty company on my behalf.

A work order was put in for this company to service my home under my home warranty. I was advised that there would be a max 48 hr turn around for contact to be made by them. I waited...we ran thru the wkend. Monday came & left. Tuesday still nothing. No email, no text, no return call. I wasted 5 days waiting. I ended up calling my warranty and they submitted another work request to Indoor Quality Service. I was contacted and got an appointment in 2 hrs. Their HVAC Specialist Angel came at the end of a 11 hr day, fixed my heater and left me a very happy customer.

The 88 Mechanical techs were polite and responsive and got us the part we needed to fix our AC in pretty good time considering all that is going on right now. John, who did the final repair, was very efficient and attentive to making sure everything went well. Working from home is pretty dreadful without AC during a 110+ heatwave, so I'm very grateful to him and 88 Mechanical!
