Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
The technician was sloppy with his work. Not only did he leave the lights on in the attic, but he didn't close the backyard gate all the way when he left. If I didn't check the gate before letting my dogs out, they could've got loose.

This company is not professional at all. I set up an appointment and when their tech got to my house, he didn't complete anything. The tech was at my house in the backyard for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, he stated that he can't do anything to fix my AC because its still under warranty. I stated that the AC was not under warranty and he argued and said that it was. (I would know better, I'm the homeowner and know my warranties.) The tech left, so I called the office. After providing proof that the AC was not under warranty, they told me that I needed to find someone else to get my repairs done

Our AC went out Sunday evening, we called a so called 24hr service, left our info and never heard back. We were very concerned about our 2 mo old in 100 degree heat so Mon morning I started calling other companies and was told a tech could come in 2-4 days. When I called L&S and explained my situation, Sue said she would definitely fit us in same day. 3 hours later Jared showed up and saved the day by replacing our condenser. I was so happy with the promptness, level of care and price. Thank you!

I called L&S because I prefer to deal with local independent businesses whenever possible. Sue was pleasant on the phone and said she'd send a tech out in a couple of days to check my A/C that wasn't cooling properly. The tech showed up as promised, filled the system with refrigerant and checked for leaks ($249). He discovered a leak in the condenser coils which did not surprise me as the unit was 35 years old and due for replacement. I called Sue back and asked for an estimate on a new system and she said she'd send one but I never heard from L&S again.

Needed to get my house AC completely replaced along with the ducting, my existing unit was old and just wasn't cutting it any longer. Called around, and L&S was one of the vendor's I talked to. It was a breeze working with Sue on getting a quote. She was able to send some one out and look over my existing system. I decided to go with their recommendations.
Installation took about a week total, as the workers had to deal with a rainy schedule at the time. They arrived each day in a timely matter and were professional to deal with.

I called on a Saturday morning and received a call back right away from Sue. She was very kind and helpful and sent a technician over within the hour. The technician was very knowledge and helpful. Found the problem right away and got our air back on. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone . High marks for professionalism, kindness and a job well done!!
