Well,if your a seller it's great, if your a buyer seeing one of there listings from another real estate agent because of the multi listing status,I know for a fact we were the first ones to bid one of there listings, she stalled getting our offer to them ,allowing one of her clients first dibs, FACT, never would I trust them again, and you know what agent did this dont we.mrs F !
