I would recommend Peacock Reality to anyone. Mariellen was awesome and even traveled to show us a house. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful.

They are amazing. They stay on top of things and this year they even did a back pack giveaway for children.

I worked with Waan as my agent. She did a wonderful job going above and beyond. Now when our case was hand over to Raven, that’s when things went down hill.
We were poorly misrepresent by Raven. None of our questions and concerns was answered! One of our concern was having a final walk thru with the seller, no conformation. Our contract also have been breached. Personal belongings was left behind, per contract we request them to take all personal belongings.
No sort of proper communications with Raven. Only wish was to have the agency properly represent their clients and answered their questions

I worked with Marcie Pollack to sell my house after a divorce and to buy a new house. Needless to say this was a stressful time in my life, but it was made even more so by COVID-19. After we had our first conversation over the phone, she was ready to hit the ground running! She really listened to what I needed for me and my daughter, and shortly after we started, we ended up finding a house I fell in love with. Marcie was working all kinds of crazy hours to help me get it locked down.
After the Peacock team got pictures of my house and got it listed, we had 3 showings confirmed within one day

We went through Peacock Real Estate to find our home. Merilinne was quick and responsive. The housing market at the time was a seller's market and houses were coming on the market and leaving shortly after. She got us into the house we wanted to look at within several hours and we had an offer placed that night (also it was a Saturday). During the buying process, the customer service and communication from Raven, our closing agent, was phenomenal. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, please use Peacock Real Estate! I have been nothing but impressed.

Brittany was super helpful and friendly! Got us a showing in 2 hours! And an approved offer in less than 2 days! She was with us the whole process of loan approval, inspection, and closing. Hannah with their closing department kept us updated as well! Every phone call, email, or stop into the office was met with smiling faces eager to answer any questions we had. Closing went smoothly and we even got cute lil goodies!
