I am a new customer of Air Nessities HEATING AND COOLING and had my first visit last week. I highly recommend them. The technicians were on time, friendly, courteous and thorough. I needed additional filters which are odd sized and they were ordered and delivered to my home the next day. Can’t beat the service.

I’ve used 4 different companies over the last couple of decades. 2 of them were your most known companies. However, this company right here has been the absolute best by far. I’ve used them for at least 7 years now. I needed them today and they came out and fixed my problem. It was great to get the cool air running back into our home. Thanks for everything!

The crew at Air Necessities was great from beginning to end. They quickly came to give a quote on a new unit for my home. After choosing to purchase the unit, they were here within two business days to install my unit. They came on time, completed the job, and cleaned up after themselves. This company went above and beyond for us. Everyone from the lady who schedules service, the technicians, and the manager were professional and personable. We even got a follow up call a week later to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I was most impressed with the speed with which the technicians installed our new ac and how incredibly clean they left everything. Also they were able to come out and look at our broken ac within 24 hours and since that was a Friday they replaced it on Monday. Highly recommend.

I love that this site boasts a 49.00 service call when I was just charged 69.99 for them to come out, so we'll start with that. I switched to this company only because a tech I know and trust started working for them. Today I needed my compressor contact replaced, and they sent another tech out. He was pleasant and quick with his work. They quoted me 193.00 for the part I needed, but while he was repairing it I looked online, and the most expensive price I found for that part was 68.00. It was coming up as a 20.00 or less part most places. I asked the tech about it and he compared me calling

I had a horrible experience with this company after a repairman had made a costly mistake and was lying about it! After I changed to another company, I was told that the original installation that had been made was not even done properly at all. So it was a disaster from the start. A truly horrible experience and I advise people to stay away!
