Within three days it was sold. This place is a joke, went to look at an apartment for rent in town and it was not worth what they were asking for. When we arrived to the apartment, the realtor didn't even ask for our names and seemed like she was in a rush. The communication was horrible because they were putting new carpet in the apartment when we arrived for our scheduled appointment. Before we arrived we called Patti which after talking to her and figuring out where the apartment was located she hung up on us. Not please at all with Across Country Real Estate and the people that operate it.

All I wanted to do was buy a house that my wife and I loved and was listed by across country. Our Realtor made 3 verbal agreements with Patty Aiken and her seller only to have her renegotiate again and again for a higher price than we already agreed upon. The seller is rude, and kept making new demands because he knew how much we loved the house and needed to find a new home for our family. Who does that? We have a family and needed to close since our house was already under contract to sell. The rude seller and the realtor couldn’t even answer a simple text or call in a reasonable amount of
