We put a bid in on a house and Chris called our realtor saying that if we matched their counter the house was ours and they would stop taking other offers. We signed all the paper work, sent it back. In the meantime he had used our matching offer to get more money from a separate buyer. Not illegal but a really nasty sales tactic. We thought we had purchased our dream home just to have the rug ripped out from under us. This happened months ago and I wasn't going to post a review but I got wind of him doing the same thing again to another buyer. I would never do business with EXIT realty again.
