Hello, my name is Kristi. When I'm not working with endurance athletes, I'm outside training for triathlon (5x Ironman Finisher), mountain biking or running trails. You put your body through a lot on a weekly basis. Your need for injury prevention, recovery and reducing/eliminating chronic pain is something I understand intimately.
