I was having a lot of pain and stiff movement when I first went to zenergy!!
Brent, Matt, and Neil were so great!! They are fun and easy to be around...they made feeling better easy!!
Matt does the chiropractic adjustments, Brent is the physical therapist- healer, and Neil shows you the exercises, and coaches you to do them right.
They are all the very best at what they do!! I highly recommend them!

Matt at Zenergy is an awesome chiropractor! He is very knowledgable and went way above and beyond including giving me exercises to do at home during my pregnancy. He was so helpful for aligning my 36 weeks pregnant body to make sure my baby is in the right position for birthing and to alleviate joint and alignment pain at this later stage of pregnancy. Not to mention that he helped me tremendously with my neck which has been subjected to multiple whiplash and trauma from years of surfing in Hawaii and playing college soccer. Thank you Matt and Zenergy!

I was referred to Zenergy by a friend as I was having difficulty with knee pain. Dr. Brent was very thorough and caring with the initial evaluation. He developed a customized therapy plan for me outlining specific exercises to strengthen and support my knee. After frequent (weekly) visits, I no longer have knee pain and have been able to return to my regular activities. Dr. Brent and his assistant Neal genuinely engage with their clients and create a warm environment to walk into, guiding their patients with an attentive and compassionate approach.

I had a wonderful experience at Zenergy. I went for a Reiki session with Brent and received the most gentle, kind, sincere treatment. He is incredibly gifted and created an environment of openness which allowed me to really receive everything the session could offer. I can't say enough great things about him and his practice.

After searching through all of the practitioners in San Diego that specialize in Ayurvedic medicine, Zenergy seemed like a good fit for my somewhat unique health issue that no one else has been able to help me with to date.
I felt comfortable contacting them via email form on their website, and still have not received a reply back. This is really discouraging to me, after feeling that they might be the only ones that can help me. Now I still am dealing with a health issue and still have so many unanswered questions, and I am still in discomfort.

Zenergy is friendly, professional and highly effective. The combination of PT and chiropractic care addresses both recovery and pain issues and illustrates their whole body approach to healing. They were able to address long-term issues that were causing recurring injuries. I have met multiple patients there who have said they are finally recovering after multiple attempts at other places. Conveniently located near downtown Del Mar too. I can't recommend them enough.

Both Dr. Matt and Dr. Brent are masters in their field. I see to Dr. Matt for chiropractic adjustments and exercise plans, and I go to Dr. Brent for energy work and also assistance with my biomechanics. I have referred countless friends to their office, and after working with both the doctors extensively I am happy to call them friends. Their help in healing both my mind and body after having a back surgery, has been truly invaluable. I would not be able to be where I am today with out their help! You can't go wrong with Zenergy, you are in great hands !! Also, ask about their therapy

I've got so say, I was beyond relieved after my recent experience at Zenergy with Dr. Brent and Dr. Matt when I went in with a sprained back and could barely move. I was amazed how fast it healed up with their help, especially considering how debilitating it was.
