Lisa was recommended to us by a close relative who is a friend of Lisa's. Initially, I was impressed with her and she seemed to have a lot of knowledge about her line of work. My father was putting up the money for our house so we could have leverage with a "cash deal." We told Lisa that my husband and I were the ones to be on the Title as the owners of the property and that my father would act as the lender, just like a mortgage company with similar terms. Lisa assured us, as she did several times, "This will be simple, I do this all the time."

Very thankful for this company. I had hard time finding a place to rent considering it was my first time renting and they made the process so easy and were very helpful through the whole time. Will be coming back when it's tome for me to move again. Highly recommended!(:

I don't know where to start with how awful this company is. My girlfriend and I moved into a place that they manage in June of 2018 and have had literally nothing but problems from that day forward with this company. They decided to switch our contact and who we were dealing with to get keys and to let us into the building. We had a plan in place to show up at a certain day, get keys, and move small items in. Of course when they switched people they neglected to tell us this and we were left waiting at the townhouse with no keys and no representative from Vibrant.

We worked with Lisa at Vibrant Realty to buy our new house. This is the second time I have worked with Lisa and she and her team are amazing. Lisa will always fight for you to help you get the best deal you can buying or selling a house. This time around she helped us buy a new build and I highly recommend you work with her, she was able to get the builder to lower the price while still getting everything we wanted and help us get our dream home. If you are looking for a realtor you really should use Vibrant Realty.

We met with three realtors before deciding who would sell our home. All three were top notch but Lisa stood out with her comprehensive analysis of our home value. Lisa took the time to explain to us what the current market trends were and what we could expect throughout the process. Lisa was spot-on!
Lisa let us know what we could expect once our listing went live. Again she was spot-on! Lisa told us to expect multiple offers and when those offers came in Lisa took the time to help us understand the pros and cons of all offers, allowing my wife and I decide for ourselves which offer was best.

Lisa and her team at Vibrant are amazing. We have worked with them on four real estate transactions, a rental, buying a house, selling the house, and then buying our dream farm, and they have been nothing but kind, patient, and helpful. They are aggressive when they need to be (IE negotiating) and so knowledgeable. Lisa will walk you through a house and tell you what might need to be addressed in the future or in negotiations, give you advice on what to offer, and so much more. WAY above and beyond what most realtors would do and at a lesser price.

Have had Lisa as my realtor for 8 years. She makes moving and buying a new home stress free and she was always there for me when I needed her help. In 2009 she helped me sell my parents home, they both passed away. It was a hard time. Lisa sold there home and found me another home. She was very helpful and made sure everything was taking care of. We are using Lisa again to sell and buy a new house. Thanks Lisa for all your help.
