Poor communication. Scott literally ghosted our realtor after we put in our offer. We were told we would hear back after 24 hours and while our realtor attempted to contact him at least 6 times, we heard nothing. We could even see that Scott was reading the messages and choosing not to respond. We were greatly disappointed in his efforts to serve those attempting to work with him and his clients.
