Terrific experience and great plumbers! We had some non-essential work we needed to get done (install three new sink faucet/handle sets, and replace the angle stops/shut off valves). We got bids from other plumbers, none of which were satisfactory due to price or other reasons. We took a chance with TLC, and they were awesome. David and Steve showed up for an estimate; a little late due to earlier job running long. They communicated to us they were going to be late, so no problem there. Outstanding work by TLC plumber Dave! He was able clear our clogged main drain in less than 30 minutes. After I attempted to do it myself with a manual snake for nearly 2 hours unsuccessfully, and appearing to make it worse, my wife begged me to call a professional. Very affordable and fair in cost to clear the clog, wish I called sooner

I'm usually a DYI type of guy, but some jobs call for a professional. Thad really went out of his way to help us out a couple of times now.
We live way out in the sticks, and Thad even made an extra trip in advance to make sure he knew how to find our house (a good thing, too).
The quality of the work is clearly excellent, and all for a very reasonable price.
He will be our go-to plumber for life.

These guys are the best, awesome customer service and super fast response time. Had a plumber come out same day and did a very professional job. I called TLC for an additional issue I had at a later date unrelated to the first problem, and they had their plumber David personally call and talk me through the entire process which helped be able fix it myself. Couldn't be a bigger fan of this company, keep up the great service guys.

Horrible service and horrible work!!! They guys over promise and DON'T deliver. We hired this company to do some new storm drains at our house which wasn't cheap (almost 15k)
First, they said they would send 4-5 guys and have the job done in a week. Not true! They showed up with 2 guys for 1 day!! The rest of the job they pawed off to 1 guy and the poor guy had to do the whole job by himself which took him almost a month!
They would constantly argue with us and change the plans of the job. Basically, it was a sh%t show!
Not to mention, the work was garbage. We had to hire another

Danny came out on a weekend and bailed me out of a tight spot. He was very helpful and quick with his repairs. He also advised me on a couple of things that didn't look quite right with the plumbing. I appreciated his openness about sharing his knowledge. I will definitely be called TLC for future projects or emergencies.

Worst customer service ever. I had a window of arrival confirmed. I understand that windows can change but in this case it was changed without any DIRECT confirmation from me the client. That you call and leave messages but dont actually SPEAK to the client doesnt not equal confirmation that the schedule change is acceptable. I called out the dispatcher regarding this and for some reason she felt it was acceptable to cut me off and talk over me and she feels that i was getting "crazy" with her. Our hot water heater broke late at night and TLC not only answered but addressed our emergency needs immediately. Their team came out the next morning. Our plumber was very knowledgable and kind throughout the process. We were so impressed with the team, we asked them to look at a broken pipe that we had already had 2 companies assess and give us bids on perviously. Both companies left us more confused on what needed to be fixed when they left. I would highly recommend TLC Plumbing to anyone in the San Diego area! I had a leaking Insta-Hot faucet on my kitchen sink, and TLC was able to send a guy out to my home within just a few hours. My 92 year old grandmother has used this company for 15 years, she trusts them and appreciates the service they provide. We both understand that this small family owned company may not be the cheapest, but they do they're work with care for the customer and it is worth it. They truly serve all of San Diego and Jesus.

We were happy with the excellent service received from all the staff involved with this long and complicated project. They always arrived on time each day and keep the entire job site clean and neat. They were in uniform and got to work immediately. We highly recommend TLC plumbing and will certainly call again with any future plumbing needs. 5 stars to TLC plumbing!

Don't believe all the great press. It is probably friends. As a property manager, I called them up to install a shut of valve for a building and/or fix an existing leak in the sprinkler system. The gardener swore that there wasn't a separate water shut off valve for the sprinkler system and the building. So I called TLC Plumbing to save the day. They charged $945 to replace a couple of valves. The also charge a $60 fee just to come out and look which of course, was included in the $945. HA HA HA No mention was made concerning billing.
