Rob from Pride plumbing is a straight, stone cold OG who knows his stuff!!! He came to replace a kitchen faucet, the faucet purchased was defective and would not pass hot water, cold worked fine. He let me keep the defective faucet temporarily so I at least had a working faucet with some water. Rob then left and got a new faucet, came back and changed out the defective faucet again, even though the defective faucet was obviously not his fault or issue! Absolutely amazing customer service and engineer. His methodical approach while the issue made the process seamless and efficient! Definitely reach

We had an emergency situation where the bathtub wouldn't drain. When we called for service on Friday morning they were booked for the day but put us on the list in case an availability came up. Within an hour a technician came and fixed the problem. From the initial call for help, to the follow up communications regarding the arrival time of service, to the technician himself, Pride Plumbing provided service above and beyond our expectations! Professional and helpful and all for a very affordable fee. Pride Plumbing will remain our preferred plumber!
