Ethan, was great. We needed to replace two shower faucets because they were old and leaked a bit. Ethan provided exceptional work in replacing the both faucets. He also fixed a toilet which was Installed incorrectly and the smell was escaping from underneath. The prices were very reasonable and fair.

AO DOWD Plumbing did a complete repipe put in a water softener unit and cleared all the drains!!! Very competitive pricing for the services he provided… with up-to-date equipment!!!! A job this size will run into some unforeseen problems… Jason Kept us informed through the whole process… Letting us know what they were doing and what was being accomplished each day And in the process Ethan and Mike we’re just as willing to readjust when I wasn’t happy with a particular process. I waited one week to write this review to see if there was any problems… I am completely satisfied and happy

So I had a clog problem with my sink today and called into A O Dowd plumbing. They sent out Quinten and so happy he's the one who came by. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, clean and solved my issue with the sink. Explained everything in detail as to what he was doing and provided useful information as far as upkeep on the drain. So happy I Called them. This is the worst plumbing company I ever did business with. After paying them close to 4,000.00 on a men's urinal sensor that ended up going bad, they wouldn't take our calls and kept sending us new employees cause the old ones quit, I guess they treat there employees the way they treat there customers. If you don't want to be treated like they really don't care about your business do not use them

I am so happy a friend referred me to A O Dowd Plumbing! Jason came out to repair my gas fireplace after I was unable to locate a technician to come service it. We are selling our house and escrow was due to close shortly. Jason was great at squeezing us in and fixing the problem, even though it is not part of his specialty. I called them Friday evening and made an appointment for a free estimate for Saturday morning. Hector showed up on time on Saturday. He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He got to work and gave us an estimate. We decided to go with A O Dowd Plumbing because of fair pricing and also because of Hectors knowledge and politeness. I contacted AO Dowd to service my tankless water heater. I received a quote from the owner quickly via the Yelp app and made my appointment through there as well. I was sent a text with an expected arrival time, and Aaron came as expected. He's got one of the best attitudes of anyone I've met in the service industry and he started right away with flushing my water heater. When he was done, there was no messes left, and the price was fair. Overall a great experience and will use them for my annual water heater maintenance.

While looking for a local plumber I came across A O Dowd Plumbing as well as others. And prior to selecting A O Dowd Plumbing I price shopped.
Not only was the pricing fantastic, but the service was impeccable. I had the faucets upstairs and downstairs upgraded (I supplied the faucets), and the technician Jason installed them. Jason also re-did the plumbing in my backyard (garage restroom)
