Our a/c and heater tripped and air one came in a few hours later. Ricky communicated everything thats going on and really worked hard to fix our a/c. He explained the issue and the best resolution. He is also takes his time and does not rush on fixing our a/c. They are also willing to work on your schedule and do everything that they can to solve your problem. Thanks ricky and air one!

Technician Ricky Martinez arrived early to replace my furnace/ air conditioning filter. Actually he replaced filter with a better quality one. He explained the benefits to ensure I have better quality home air. He also performed maintenance on my furnace/air conditioning unit. Ricky did a great job and listened to my concerns. This summer has been so hot, and I’ve had what seemed like a 30+ year old AC system that wasn’t getting the job done. My mom found this company on google, and we wanted to get quotes from multiple companies before choosing who we’d go with for our new AC system.
This company was our first quote, and although we didn’t end up getting more quotes, we are glad we went with them.

This week our hot water heater gave out. The install went flawlessly. It took on or about 4 hours. The attention to detail & the craftsmanship that went into it was some of best quality of work I have seen years! It takes a lot to impress me & they went above & beyond my expectations! This past summer Air one came out because our system was down. They repaired the fan motor for us and this past winter, Air one came out and installed a brand new premier comfort system. This company is amazing and I 100% recommend. The installers, Jeremy, Immanuel, and Jacob, were extremely friendly and professional. Thank you to the Air One team! Technicians Jeremy and Jacob were superb ! They have great knowledge about heating and air conditioning and can explain it to customers clearly. They presented the options, never suggesting expensive extras- just what would keep me air clean and warm, then got straight to work. My system is now up and running smoothly in just one day. These gentlemen are hard workers and make an excellent team. I am so happy to have Air One looking out for me.

Richard and his two technicians were great, friendly and professional. They quoted my mom the service and within 24 hours they came back to replace her faulty AC unit. The two technicians were very friendly and worked hard. They arrived ahead of scheduled time and began to work right away.

The triage and diagnosis of the problem was spot on. The alternatives of repair problem or replacing A/C were appropriate. The estimates were in line with competitors. Workmanship was fast, complete, and with quality.

I got 3 different quotes for air conditioning and Air One was the most accurate. They went up into my attic and took pictures of the air ducts to show me exactly what needed to be done. They arrived timely and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them. Their technicians were very polite, and worth it.

Feeling Ripped off! I would give a 0 but it didn't allow me too. AC guy came out quick which was great. However he said it needed Freon and he added 3 pounds and charged me $330. AC worked fine for 2 weeks then it stopped cooling. I called Air one and they came back to tell me that my AC unit had a leak and that it will cost $3,000 to fix it. I feel so ripped off they should of told me that from the beginning instead of ripping me off for $330. If you AC goes out make sure you ask your friends about one, I went of google reviews and didn't work out for me. I rather know what's wrong
