I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with D&L Heating and Air. Overall experience is A+, superb from beginning to end.
I needed to replace my upstairs AC Unit and was looking to get quotes from different companies to get it replaced.
I called D&L, and they appointed Rob for the job. From the moment he showed up on my property, he was highly professional. He took the time to walk me through all the details and make recommendations. Do not use this company! Their staff is very rude and unprofessional. A similar sentiment is expressed in most of the 1-2 star ratings on Google. I should have paid close attention to the negative reviews. They are not interested in maintaining any business unless its related to warranty services. My builder used them to install the AC units in my house and although my house was built brand new I continue to have issues with the unit since 2016.
My point of the lack of professionalism of this company’s staff is even more evident by their rude response to my review.

Tommy (manager) and Ryan (technician) are great, very polite and professional. MONICA needs to find a different job where she does not interact with people, however. My home was under warranty due to being a new build, so I was forced to deal with her.
My family got back from a trip and our main 2 levels of AC was not working, house was 85+ degrees. It was a Saturday when we got home, I called D&L and on their answering machine it specifically says "if this is an emergency leave a message" for someone to call you, so I followed the instructions. I did not ever receive a call, I even reached out

I normally don't write reviews but I really felt the need to write this one. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. The costumer service is horrible, they don't listen, they are rude and don't care to help. Since moving into my townhouse all I've had is problems with the air/heat and they have done nothing to help fix the problem! I would strongly think otherwise hiring them to do any work on your house. They have a 3 1/2 stars for a reason!

One of the owners came out to our property same day as the external units for our new construction were not kicking on. It was as simple as a reboot of the system and the system communication was restored. He stayed to explain our system, how it works, best practices, etc. He also informed us of our 10 year warranty plan by registering our product. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism that we received and the timeliness in which our service was restored.

Awful. They installed the AC on our new home less than three years ago and it suffered a major failure (probably not their fault). I called for service and a technician called me back. I sent him pictures and he said he'd order the parts and might be able to come out to fix it in a week. Several days later I haven't heard anything so I call to follow up. They tell me they have no record of me ever calling (including my original message that they responded to!), haven't ordered any parts and won't be able to even come look at it for at least two weeks. I'm updating my review because someone did reach out to me and come fix the problem. I'm not changing much just because the issue was due to crappy install of the drain pipes. I eventually investigated this is my own and figured it had something to do with that because the water was accumulating in the pan. Took 5 days for someone to come out and took 20 minutes to fix it.
