When the Atlanta temperatures turn cold Auto Cool transforms into Auto Heat. We are specialists in the diagnosis and repair of automobile heaters. Whether its a problem with your heater controls, the coolant flow, or a leaking heater core, we are the place to bring your vehicle. The heater core is a radiator like component usually mounted inside the dash or against the firewall under the hood.
It's important to bring your old hose or vehicle in for that manufacturing of hoses due to clocking-fitting positions. Auto Cool stocks a full line of refrigerant hose fittings. We have the capability of making custom refrigerant hoses, or we can take your old, expensive or obsolete hose and replace the leaking rubber.
If the system holds the pressure we will talk to you about re-charging and checking the system. While we are doing the free visual inspection, we will also determine if there is an electrical problem. Prices vary according to the parts, labor and machine time needed to complete the work. They got me in 8:00 as they said they would , I was out of there by 10:30, my air blows colder then it has in years, it still has just a fraction of a leak , they described it to me and we're going to see how long it takes to go flat again, then we'll repair the leak, and they'll definitely bring my business back. Always thankful for car shops like these. These guys are very professional, and super helpful. When my compressor and sensor went bad, they didn't just say "this went bad and needs to be replaced". They explained the reasoning to a level I could understand, and why the bad parts were causing the symptoms that my truck was having. If you have A/C issues, take your car here. You won't regret it.

My daughter did not have air in her Nissan Juke for a year and was over the summer heat. She had a service with another company who assured her that the problem was fixed. It was not.
I decided to try Auto Cool. Best decision ever.
The guys were pleasant, explained the processed, gave me a reasonable timeline, communicated what they found and repaired the issued within a day. It was her condenser and cost me a little over $500. The car has been good as new ever since. I would definitely return.

I called for service, was told that it was a first come first serve and I'd need to get there early to ensure same day service. So that's what I did! My car was not blowing cold, they did a visual and said it was a leaky hose. I'd had a prior person look at it and they said I needed a new air compressor. These guys fixed my AC system for $1200 less than another place that quoted me for the issue. Their expertise led them to conclude that only replacing the compressor was necessary, as opposed to also replacing the condenser and expansion valve. They worked quickly and in a professional manner that gave me confidence they'd get the job done. If I ever have AC or heating problems again, I will be taking my car right back here.

I found this company online as my a/c recently went out (of course at the start of summer). I got a few quotes prior, but decided to go with the company that specializes in cooling systems. I paid for the visual inspection to get a better idea of what my car actually needed, a few weeks later I was ready to schedule. I dropped my car off, nervous this could be even more expensive than my original quote, as it was stated as a possibility in the visual inspection.. but I still went along with it. DO NOT go here if you have a hybrid vehicle. They do not have the equipment or the expertise to work on them. They ruined two working hybrid air conditioner compressors, one of which came straight from the dealership. At the end, I had to take it to the dealer to finally get it fixed. When I asked Auto Cool to refund their labor costs, they flatly refused several times and did not care that I was unhappy with their work. Don't believe their guarantees. Take your hybrid elsewhere.

Brought my car I'm because my air was blowing warm. Paid almost $400. Got the car home and the next morning there was smoke pouring out the right side with a squealing sound. Brought it to my regular mechanic and was told that it was the a/c.$900 MORE to fix. I asked how this could happen if, as they told me on the phone, they do a thorough diagnostic before starting work. Auto Cool said "Sorry, but we can't check everything! "
Didn't expect them to check EVERYTHING, not the transmission, not the engine, not the alignment but I DID expect them to thoroughly check
