We believe in the importance of preventing pain whenever possible. Therefore, we provide a customized plan for each client to follow after a session, so they are able to manage their symptoms and decrease the amount of time spent in pain. Licensed Massage Therapist, Gricelda Lara, graduated from Bryman College in San Jose, CA with 750 hours of training in 2004.
