I showed the first pic to the stylist as to what I wanted but ended up with pic on the right, and that is AFTER I went back for "highlights" because it was too dark. I again share the pic of what I had wanted and she clearly made a statement that my hair looked nothing like it. The highlights are barely visable, they asked if I was happy I lied just to get out of there. They saw the before picture so how they could possibly think I was happy is beyond me. They refused to refund my money.$150.

Brandi is seriously amazing! She took the time on my hair and was honest with me every step of the way. I went in for a color correction, at first I was extremely nervous, but she was always honest with me and eased my mind. She did such an amazing job and I have never loved my hair more. I left feeling so confident! This will be the only salon I will ever go to again :)

I went to Pandamonia just once for a haircut. There were 4 or 5 stylists there that were chatting with each other, and only 3 clients. I asked if Covid has affected business. "Oh it has been SO busy.". It looked anything but busy. My stylist had greasy, lank, blonde hair. I actually don't know if she even cut anything off my hair, I should've looked to see if there was hair on the floor. I know she cut a bit off my bangs because, when she was finished, I had to tell her that they were crooked. Worst haircut I've ever had except once when i got it cut in Walmart

Proceed with caution here. I was from out of town and they were great and accommodating to get me in. The reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because one of the other stylist swooped in to try to save me and reduced my charges. The owner was great also and responsive when I contacted her after my appointment.
Unfortunately my above review needs to be clarified due to the owners response although I was trying not to get in to details. The girl who colored my hair went at least 2 shades darker than what we reviewed prior to color being applied, there was no color on my neck it was still throughout

We just moved to the area as everything shut down, and I hadn't had a haircut in over eight weeks. I scheduled an appointment with Aly, and some how she managed to figure out what my hair should look like, and did a great job from taking me from a mountain woman to a present day woman. Yes, I will be going back!

This is my third time at this salon, and I've recommended it to all my coworkers! Not only do they provide exceptional quality in their services, but the staff are easy going and supportive. Gina handles clientele so well--she even bought the staff and clients pizza today. Aly has done great with my bangs--very attentive. And Amanda rocked my balayage! She's very detail-oriented. I would honestly go to any of the employees for my hair! They've got a great underdog story too. I promise no one paid me to say any of this, but good hard work and positive attitudes should be supported

I've been trying my best to find a decent place to update a perm I've started a few years ago. I'm always trying to find a place that gives the right service for the right perm curl, for the right price. I am pretty sure this is a pretty secure place to have your right perm done!!! I'm very pleased by my service there!

I went to Pandamania Salon for a haircut and they were able to accommodate me as a walk-in. My stylist was very friendly and attentive. She verified the length with me a few times to make sure it didn't end up shorter than I wanted and she asked where I parted my hair and how I usually styled it to make sure the cut would work for me. Price was very affordable especially given the level of service and they even gave me a new customer discount.
