GUYS PLEASE DONT GO HERE THE WORKER SO CALLED TECH NAMED GEORGE LETOSKY IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! HE FAILED ME AND SAID I HAVE THE WRONG CATALYTIC CONVERTER FOR TAMPERING AND I TOOK IT ELSE WHERE IN APPLE VALLEY THEY PASSED IT NO PROBLEM AND THE GUY GEORGE LETOSKY PUT THE WRONG EO# I SHOWED THE GUY IN APPLE VALLEY AND THEY SAID THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF SO THEY CAN GET $ THIS GUY GEORGE LETOSKY DONT LET HIM CON YOU HE WILL I’M REPORTING THEM TO THE HIGHER POWER PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS GO ELSE WHERE GUYS I WARNED YOU!!!!

I've been going to Jones Auto Repair for several years. I was a little hesitant when the ownership changed hands. Some mistakes were made which kind of soured my enthusiasm with the shop but I continued to go there. The new owner, Brad, was a young upstart and was always very courteous and professional. His response to my complaints were sincere and positive.. The issues were resolved and I'm still quite impressed with the service. He has an admirable front office. The ladies present a very professional and friendly demeanor and are very knowledgeable and attentive.

I tried over and over again to give this place a second third fourth chance because the original owner was a family friend, but not anymore, especially with the ownership change. Not one time have I had something done correctly in way of repair. Throttle body service- a hose wasnt put back on correctly. Motor Mounts-wasnt put on correctly my engine was jerking after. Struts (1000 $ service)- car clunked when I turned or went down a step. Had to return ALL to get refixed. Only thing that ever was done correct were oil changes and brakes (cant afford to cheat that one?). But the last straw was recent

Would give a "0" if i could. ever since jones auto repair changed ownership... from "red" to mr stewart.... the service has been so sub-standard.... we have spent hundreds... no thousands... on repairs and towing and rentals... just to have to take the vehicle to another repair shop... where it was fixed correctly... the first time... for less money... and it was a dealer at that! the dealer stated and documented on the invoice that there was so much oil under the vehicle and in the engine that the car needed to be degreased before anything could be looked at...the dealer

Jones Auto Repair turned what could have been a terrible situation with my truck into a very minor issue. They very quickly diagnosed the issue and got us on our way with minimal delay. Whew!
Not only was every person in their office helpful and friendly, but their mechanics are also very knowledgeable and thorough.
