Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Initially I had always dreamed of going into the healthcare industry but was not in love with the pharmaceutical aspect of it. I looked at alternatives, which is where I found my love and passion for massage. I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in the Professional and Master in Body Work programs.

Amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Ana. I have had a massage every two or three weeks for the last seven years. Ana is absolutely the best. There is a reason that the Utah Grizzlies also chose Ana. This is no “ fluff and buff“ massage (although, she does tell me that such is on the menu if you choose). If you are going somewhere else, you are missing out!

After having worked as a sports massage therapist for the Real Salt Lake, the Utah Grizzlies, and chiropractic clinics Ana made it to open her own Massage Studio several years ago. She is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. No one can compare to her prices.
I'm new to Yelp and I'm surprised this local business has not yet been rated here. She has always gotten 5 star reviews elsewhere which tells you...She is the REAL deal.
