I graduated from the Professional and the Master Body Worker Program at the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2012. I have been in private practice since 2013 here in my hometown, Tooele. I became certified to teach yoga at the beginning of 2018. In 2020, I began a new journey, Nursing school. I want to understand ways to prevent illness and disease, holistically.
I am passionate about healing and helping others through teaching. Massage and Bodywork has taught me an incredible amount about the human body and driven me to want to know more. It has given me and others the opportunity to witness healing and the true benefits of massage. I am most proficient at injury massage and relieving chronic pain, but I like to add in Reiki and Cranial Sacral Therapy to my sessions as well.

Services
There's no escaping the truth; winter is coming around again. The days are going to start getting shorter and the sweaters are going to have to come out of the wardrobe. It's not unusual for people to get the 'winter blues' - which is a condition many people in the northern hemisphere are afflicted with due to lack of sunlight during the colder and darker winter months.

Was nervous that I couldn't find the place, so just know that the entrance is on the side of the building, and if you're not familiar with the area, you park in the back. Once I was inside, I knew that it was going to be a wonderful experience. The ambiance was calming and welcoming; from the light scent of essential oils, to the dim lighting and soft music. Morgan provided a great massage, she made sure that the pressure of the massage was what I expected and that I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend!! Can't wait to go back!

I highly recommend Align Bodywork! The ambience and facility are very nice. Very relaxing. Kim was very professional, courteous, and friendly. I was pretty sore when I went in. After my massage, I felt so much better. Highly recommend all of the massage therapists.

I needed to purchase a massage gift certificate for a friend of mine who recently lost her father. I called a couple of different places to ask some general questions about the services, gift certificates, etc. I wanted to ensure that the gift certificate could include a tip so that my friend didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Abbie was so wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions and even quickly made some changes to her website so that I could purchase a gift certificate catered to my needs. Best massage I have ever had in my life. I have been a loyal customer for 5+ years. I don’t get in as much as I would like to. But no matter how much time has passed.
