Great place for lunch. I want to try it again but for dinner next time. Nice people and we barely had to wait for our food. I had one Stella but I believe they had a full bar.

Third time I tried this place . Bar tenders are great , Employees are great and the restaurant look is okay . But the food !!!! Unfortunately the managements probably haven’t tried other Mexican Restaurants. Once the food is on your table, it kills your appetite. I write this not to only complain but I hope the management read this and do something about the food. The price is not the matter but the quality!!! Thank s definitely not there although that they charge enough to give you a good meal .

They have really improved their outdoor space since the pandemic. We love sitting out in the evening with the twinkling lights and fire warmers. The house Margaritas are tasty. The appetizers are great. We don't usually eat dinner since a couple apps will fill you up.

Atmosphere seemed nice. Service was quite good. The chicken Lettuce wrap was a bit lacking. Chicken cubes with the top of an iceberg lettuce on the side. Couldn't do much with the lettuce. Romaine and shredded chicken may have worked better. Reminded me of a pre packaged Costco salad. Flavor was good though.

Really pricey with long waits once seated. We got our chips and salsa and utensils with the menu. We waited, waited, and waited. My senior mother got up ask to get help. Once we received our dishes, I the tostada salad with beef and mom the Chile relleno. Hers was great..mine not so much. The tostada she'll was stale.

The guacamole is very good! The only downside is you don’t get a nice view in the tent. We didn’t realize until after we were seated. Definitely wait for alternative seating!

Quite possibly the best Mexican food in ventura County if not California, rarely does a Mexican restaurant score perfectly for all my Mexican food desires!
Best chips and salsa and I don't take this lightly, it tells a lot about the quality of the rest of the food.
Shredded beef crunchy taco, do not miss having one and be sure to add some of that salsa to it, don't be shy! The rice and beans are the best I've had, rarely are they absolutely delicious but here they pay attention to even the sides. THE Chili Relleno made me a believer in this dish, until Ciscos I never loved rellenos, here it's

Great place to stop by and have a bite to eat with friends and family. Food was excellent!!! Looked and tasted great it was also plenty full. Staff was attentive and courteous. Price range I consider it to be fair for what we ordered. Really liked that the entire staff had their face masks on at all times.

The staff was so friendly and we had the kindest waitress. We were seated outside very quickly. The menu was laminated and quickly blew away in the wind. Table spacing was satisfactory as well. The food was phenomenal. The ultimate chicken chimichanga really hit the spot and left me wanting more. It was almost too much for me and I am a big guy. Mexican pizza with shredded beef was unmatched even though it was simply an appetizer. Mondays are for margaritas and this place knows how to do them according to my friends.
The salsa is a tad spicy, the guacamole is so fresh. So recommended.

Reason for visiting: Happy hour
Date/time of visit: Thursday, May 16, 2019 ~5:30 PM
Parking: in the lot next to restaurant, free
Party size: 8
Environment/ambience: environment was fun. Mixed crowd, older and younger and all races. TVs everywhere so it's a good place to catch a game; there wasn't sound on when we were outside. It wasn't too crowded. Bathroom was clean. We sat outside so they had heat lamps on. They also set up TVs outside as well.
Service: good service. She came around to check on us. They also flipped the channel on the TV so we can catch the game.
Food: had a few appetizers
