Look, I don't want to make anyone feel bad or anything but Nellie (Nelly?) is the best thing to ever happen to this place. You ever been greeted by one of the sweet Lord's apostles? Probably not. Food was great, service was not. They're severely understaffed so I understand a bit but at some point it was getting to be too much. Took a long time to have our order taken and even longer to get my first drink. We never got our appetizer, our food came out in a decent amount of time. I would recommend this place but I hope you have patience.

My partner and I spontaneously stopped by for dinner after a malibu drive along PCH for our anniversary. We're so happy we did because we had such a delightful time. We came at on a very busy night where there was only one server on the floor to what looked like a pretty full house, along with a fully packed bar, and several take out orders being made. As a local I have to say this is probably my favorite restaurant in town. Whenever I want to impress somebody, I take them up to their beautiful patio. The food is pretty decent there, but the ambience is even better. I'm not a big drinker so I can't evaluate the bar. But I see there's a good selection on the menu. I have also ordered delivery to the house a few times and I've been very impressed by both the speed and the quality of the food. Definitely check this out if you are in Malibu.

What a gem! Spruzzo checks all the boxes: interesting menu, great quality food, good ambiance, indoor and outdoor dining, and reasonable prices.
I had the sole and my partner had the eggplant Parmesan. Both exceeded our expectations, the the eggplant was the winner. It was the best I've ever had. The eggplant was pressed and made with a perfect homemade sauce, and was not greasy or overly cheesy. The sole was served with mashed potatoes and veggies. Portions were good but not excessive. We ended with the NY cheesecake which was very good.
There's ample parking in the plaza.

Stopped by here during a getaway weekend to Malibu for drinks and apps before the sunset! I had heard of this place prior but was never in Malibu to try it myself until now! We had reservations down the street but wanted to grab a couple drinks before the sunset over at Zuma beach. The location of this restaurant is tough to beat if you are staying close by and want to see the sunset. The view from the patio is 10/10 so would highly recommend making outdoor reservations if you plan to come! We walked over from the Malibu Inn and unfortunately didn't have reservations so we ended up sitting

This restaurant is in a little complex in Malibu, there's a ton of parking available which makes it a really convenient experience. The restaurant is big with a large outdoor patio and a view of the beach. I thought everything was great but it was very busy. I ordered linguini and clams and it was so delicious. I also ordered a rose which was fine. The bread they serve you when you sit is focaccia and it's so so good!! I think they have good portions for the price and quality of food. Highly recommend!

My husband got the club sandwich with galic French fries 🍟😋. Megan and stuff were very nice and on spot. No complaints. I 💘when perfection

Sat outside on the deck with a beautiful view. Dog friendly. Saw a famous fashion designer, but left her alone so she can eat. Lol. It wasn't easy to do as I'm a huge fan. The food, service and drinks were all excellent with large portions. Very fair price for the area. This is now a must stop for me while in LA.

We were a bit hungry and went with the Caprese and the Ahi Tartare for appetizers. They do give you some warm bread to start off, which we didn't realize, so know that before ordering. Truthfully we should have just gone with one of the appetizers as the portion sizes were very generous! Not only that they were both delicious, but the main courses were even better!

This is the second time in one week they have messed up all of our orders when called it in. We are all vegan we asked for the salad to be vegan, the pizza to be vegan and we got everything with cheese. We called the manager and she was so rude insisting everything was our fault both times. She told us that the cheese was artichoke hearts. Definitely not?

Haven't had this amazing and delicious Italian food in a while! If you're looking for the perfect nice dinner in Malibu, this place is it! It has views, comfort, affordable prices, and delicious food. We went around 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening and it was so calm and peaceful to enjoy pasta on the deck of the restaurant over looking the water in Malibu. As Vegetarians, we enjoyed the starter bread, garlic bread, ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo, and their unique eggplant pasta. Def try the fettuccine because it's so fresh and yum! They also have a large selection of drinks and wines

My new spot in Malibu. Across from Zuma Beach. Located in a plaza on the second floor. Inside and patio dinning. ( not sure if indoor dinning opened there yet, please call.) Usually plenty of parking and there is an elevator. Very spacious. Has a bar. Patio is a nice set up. Nice lights. They have heat lamps but sometimes they don't have enough. But that issue is not common. Prices are fair. Portions are a good size. Some I would say are even shareable. It can get pretty busy. Came here on Sunday noon and it was busy. We waited for about 15 mins to be seated outside. It's very worth the wait because the weather was perfect and the ocean view was very nice.
The classic burger was just okay. Ahi tuna salad was good. And the seafood linguine was definitely the winner! It was so good! It was served warmed, a lot of seafood and the portion was big!

We came here as one of our first meals out during COVID. The parking lot is tiny, but cars were going in and out so finding parking shouldn't be too hard! I will say that they have a fair amount of vegetarian options which was great to see.
We ended up ordering the:
- Bruschetta (3/5): they gave us 4 small bread slices with the tomato mix and it wasn't really anything special!
- Garlic Fries (5/5): decent portion size and they were bomb
- Vegetarian 12-inch Pizza (4/5): it was decent pizza and I would definitely order it again
- Margherita 12-inch Pizza (3/5): it was heavy on the cheese
We ended up ordering the:
