Warning!!!! Hired this contractor to replace my furnace! I got nothing but LIES from all levels of Employees. NO City Permit was obtained. How can these people called themselves License HVAC contractors. I received some of the most NOTORIOUS LIES why a permit was not obtain. I wonder how many people got furnaced installed without a permit. Beware this is ILLEGAL and your Insurance will be compromised. Next, He switched out the furnace from an AC Pro to some poorly rated brand. Horrendous Lies to Justify this. Third, I ask about the Bullish warranty that is written on the contract. He is unable

Can't say enough good things about R&R Heating and Cooling! They have fixed my air conditioner several times while waiting for the landlord to decide to get a new one. They always made time to come out and look at it, after hours, weekends they still came out! Today we finally got a new unit! They did a fantastic job! Even cleaned my ceiling where the dust was stuck to the vent! Seriously a great company!

Our unit wasn't achieving a desired temperature. We set an appointment with R&R Heating & Cooling. Their very competent technician David Ont arrived and quickly identified the problem. We had another company come out a couple of months ago ; but they said it they couldn't identify the problem. Not so with R&R. He explained the issue throughly, and provided much needed relief very quickly. I highly recommend R &R for your HVAC needs .

I am absolutely disgusted with how this business is run. Not only are the employees rude and late but they then tried to push repairs and replacements on me which was not needed. He was rather confident so i assume this is common practice. Would not risk calling this company.

I reached out through Yelp & got such a quick response that I booked an appointment. It was $39 for the service call, which was much cheaper than other quotes I received, but now I realize why it was so cheap. The guy they sent out named Dustin was extremely unprofessional.
First he called me because he was lost, I told him I had messaged the owner my correct address. He made it seem like he was SO inconvenienced, literally saying "Oh sh*t, that's 10 mins away.. I guess I'll be there in 10 mins"
When he arrived, my boyfriend was in the garage & told him to go through

I had them come out for an estimate for my heater not switching on. I was quoted 700 to replace a main board. I wanted a second opinion and went with someone else that found the problem was a wire coming lose. Total cost to fix: 70.
So I never hired this company. Fast forward 3 months I am now getting g phone calls soliciting their services. The first time I asked them to not call me anymore. They still call. Now they're call blocked and convinced me to write a review.
Bottom line, make sure you get more than one quote. Wasting 35 bucks for a diagnosis is better than overpaying 500 dollars

Beware of cheap service call. I called this company because their service call is very cheap $39. The technician didn't really diagnose the problem. He just touched here and there and then recommended to replace many items. They're added up in the thousands dollars. Right away I already noticed this pushy tactic suggesting to replace the entire unit for ~$9,000. Next day, I called another guy for a 2nd opinion. This new guy took his time to trace the problem and found the root cause of the problem. My cost ended up just a fraction of what R&R wanted

We've been dealing with an on-going issue that numerous companies couldn't seem to fix, until a life saver stepped on the scene.

Sent in a request for a quote Wednesday afternoon and received a quick response with a service call fee for the following day (today/Thursday). These guys were honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Several other companies were charging a much higher "service call fee". Turns out we only need to change our filthy filters. We're thankful for their honesty and professionalism. Will definitely recommend this company!

Heating system suddenly stopped in the middle of the night. The following day, we called them and had an appointment for 5 pm. The technician came in a bit earlier than the appointment time and left, leaving a card on the door. We called the company office and Randy (owner) personally came and rectified the situation. He showed up an hour after. He was able to fix and replace the burnt out motor. He even went lengths to find the proper motor for the replacement.
Would positively call them again if services are be needed!
