I had an issue with my AC making a buzzing sound and the fan would not spin. I had another company come out. What a Nightmare! Of course they wanted me to buy a new unit from $8k-$35k. I can not express enough how grateful we are to this company. Jim, Anthony and Amy gave us the best experience I've ever experienced in my life..Everyone is super polite and professional. These guys really took their time to make sure the problem was 100% the issue. They said they would come next week and called to come two days later with our new heat exchanger system. What a fantastic and honest company!! Optimal saved us over $10K. Wish I can give 10 stars! During the recent heatwave, with 110 degree temperature, our AC went out. A friend referred me to Optimal Air but they were booked for three weeks out so I was put on a waitlist. Meanwhile, I found another company and the first thing he (who was also the owner) asked was how old was the house. I said 20 years; he shook his head and recommended I should replace the entire system. I don't often leave reviews but the outstanding service I received today has prompted me to do so. Jim was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He came out to do a routine tune-up on my furnace and AC and I am thoroughly impressed. He explained everything really well and never pressured me to pay for extra work. He and his employee worked diligently to get my 32 year old unit operating at full capacity. Jim from Optimal Air came out, assessed the situation and fixed the problem. He charged me $780.00 for the whole job and was extremely professional.
Amy, who answered the phone was knowledgeable and kept me informed when Jim was going to arrive.
They made my wife and I very comfortable and followed Covid-19 safety protocols. We really appreciated that.

The AC went out at our office right before a heat wave at 5 pm. I called a couple of HVAC companies first and everyone was swamped and several didn't return my call. Optimal was also fully booked, but they were able to tweak their schedule and get us fixed the next morning before the heat wave really kicked in and saved us from working in a hot office. The price was very reasonable, they were right on time, and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

I can not find enough positive accolades to use in my review here. Jim and Amy are the absolute best of the best! When I called, Amy was so helpful over the phone and gave me options of what to try to get my condenser unit to function in the meantime until Jim could come out. Both Jim and Amy took their time to talk to me and explain things (even my annoying questions) thoroughly! My appointment was set right away for a few days out, as it is a busy time of year. Optimal Air was recommended to me by a neighbor when my A/C suddenly went out a few days before we had a planned trip. I got several estimates and they beat everyone by several thousand dollars and were able to get the new condenser installed within the week. I like that they are a smaller company, with the wife taking the calls and her husband and another technician doing the work, I feel that must cut down on the overhead, which they pass on to the customer with an amazing price. I will definitely call on them again when our other unit goes out.

We decided to go with him because he was SUPER knowledgeable, honest, friendly and at a great price. I contacted many other companies about my HVAC and Optimal gave me the most feedback and speedy responses. They do not pressure you into anything. They are honest and they care about their customers. Getting a quote was really easy for me. All I had to do was message them on yelp. They can message you back via yelp, email, text or call. Absolutely the most honest and helpful A/C & heating company ever! I called in a panic with 100* weather outside and two A/C units down. Had a great experience with Optimal Air! Our air conditioner went out Sunday night and we were able to get in contact with Amy first thing Monday am. She was extremely helpful in getting us a prompt appointment. Her husband Jim came out the same day and was able to fix our air conditioner in no time.
