Delta Construction Management Co., Inc. was established in 1995 by William and Michael Heary, father and son respectively. The purpose of the company was to engage in general contracting in New York State, with a focus in the Central New York region. Ithaca construction projects have taken off in recent years.
William Heary has over 45 years in the construction industry while Michael is going on his twentieth. Both have worked in the commercial and residential construction field and have been long time members of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association). At Delta we pride ourselves on our attention to detail.

Services
We pride ourselves on doing some of the nicest tile work in the area. We stay up to date with the latest technologies and tools to make the job look the best it can. For our custom shower units we use "Wedi" pans and backers. For floors we use either "Wedi" or "Ditra De" coupling. Doors: We believe that windows and doors are one of the most important components of a home.
We hired Delta to do a complete kitchen renovation for our home and are thrilled with the results! We also worked with their designer, Monica Moll. Monica took my aesthetic and narrowed down the thousands of choices to ones she knew I would like. She was very knowledgeable about the best choices for our budget and lifestyle (kids, pets, etc).
