He taught carpentry at the local vocational school for 9 years and supervised the construction business during summers. In 2015, two of Tyke's sons pooled their construction resources and knowledge, establishing a new identity: Continuity Construction Services Inc.

Our company is owned and managed by Duane "Tyke" Randall II and his son Logan. Their family's involvement in the construction industry began with Tyke's grandfather, Orville, who was eventually followed by Tyke's father, Butch. Tyke has been in the home improvement contracting field for more than 42 years.
