Very very nice people. Family own ,nice place for the customers to wait for the car to be fix. And would stay to fix my car knowing that it might coz them to work overtime and be close.I thought that was very nice, because I am from out of State .Most places would say we don't have time .So,Thank you for that. 5 Stars from me****

5***** stars for this team. we lost an rv tire less than a mile away from Gilmer Discount Tire. We called and spoke to Chris and he couldn't have been more helpful. he advise us that when we got there that he would take care of us and he did. it was a "can do" attitude and he and his team went above and beyond the call of duty for rv travelers that were having a very bad day. he got us back on the road and we made it home safely. hats off to Gilmer Discount Tire & Brake!

I went in person to order 4 new tires for my SUV on a Friday morning — well, color me surprised to find out that we ordered early enough that they would be delivered to the shop THE SAME AFTERNOON.
From the time I entered their business, I felt welcomed & that my patronage was appreciated. The total turn around time from getting the tires ordered to on my car and out the door was less than 7 hours. I mean, WOW. For them to be as busy as they are, facilitating your automotive needs in such a timely manner is amazing.
