Went to Big 5 today in Marshall for the first time ever. Had an oil change and Tire rotation done. Within 20 minutes of leaving the shop I had a check engine light come on. The technician had Broken the Mass Air Flow Sensor on my truck. Not only did it cost another $90 to replace that sensor myself because the shop had closed after I left, but the… technician also LEFT TOOLS UNDER MY HOOD. Not only is this sloppy but it could have ruined my engine! I am 9 months pregnant and do not need my vehicle ruined because someone else is in a hurry and can't do their job! Big 5 will not be getting

Big 5 Tire Hwy 80 location is absolutely amazing! Their manager Rocky and his staff were outstanding! Pricing and service perfect for those of us hit by covid! Will definitely continue to have them take care of my vehicle now and any I may purchase in the future! You should make them your people too! You won't be disappointed!

After several people recommended Big5, I thought I would give them a try. The owner messaged me seeing I was new to the area and welcomed me with top notch hospitality. Upon arriving, I dealt with Sergio, this man was calling me 20 minutes after I dropped off my car and told me from a ground inspection this is what they saw. A few hours later, my… car was ready and I was back on the road!! last year I put 60k on my car missing days and being upsold and over charged isnt something appreciate one bit. Sergio was on his mark from start to finish without any of the scare tactics used trying
