Bean has installed two units for me since I have lived in my house. Both times they were prompt and courteous. I had my unit go out Monday and they were here first thing Tuesday morning and had it fixed and working before 10 a.m. Chuck the repairman sent has been doing this 35 + years and is great. I highly recommend them.

We didn’t know about Bean when we bought our home and added HVAC to it, but we wished we did. We needed service on a product they didn’t install, but they treated us as if we were their best friends and didn’t begrudge the installation company. Bean’s staff is courteous, prompt, and professional. I wish I had known about them sooner!

I called this company to service my unit which is required twice a year for the parts warranty to remain in place. The gentleman came out, serviced it, and noticed the defrost thingy was bad. This was on a Friday. He was back by Tuesday morning and had it repaired in a very timely manner. Excellent service! Plus he was a very kind gentleman. Thanks.

This company installed a heating unit into my parents home 15 years ago. This unit recently stopped working. Multiple reputable heating companies have since been out to inspect the unit, and have informed us that a safety switch was intentionally removed to stop the unit from cutting off if it got too hot. This was done because of airflow through… the duct system which also does not fit. We were told to turn off the unit immediately because of the risk of starting a fire. Thank the lord we haven't had one in the last 15 years. This company clearly is either incompetent, or cares nothing
