We called this company in Oct 2020 for the Rainsville Alabama area. 1st person came by to see what was needed to do the job being done. Duct work ran and new unit put in that we had.
2nd group of people came and didn't have what was needed, said would be back the following Monday. No show. During this time our heat and cooling stopped blowing. When we called, if we got an answer we only got the run around. 3rd group of people,, Finally showed up again, once again not all the parts, however got the air working but not the heat,, said he couldn't hed have to bri g another person out to fix it,,
