Tyler is a 1999 graduate of the University of Oregon and earned his Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. Tyler started Tyler Smith & Associates in 2007. In his prior career building business start-up teams, Tyler established himself as one of the most successful and respected Silicon Valley headhunters.
