Since being admitted to the Oregon Bar in 1984 I have had a diverse civil litigation practice. I have tried, arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases in many different counties in the State of Oregon. Most recently I have tried cases in Clatsop, Clackamas, Hood River, and Yamhill counties, in varying areas of law including construction defect, legal malpractice, and landlord-tenant disputes.

As a long-term Construction Contractor in Oregon, I was recently involved in a property damage lawsuit involving water intrusion on a local residential home.
