Great place to meet up with friends, gossip and get your nails and eyebrows done. All ladies that work here are great and personable. The place is kept clean and tidy and the staff is very professional.

No stars for this place. Overbooked and took it out on me, a first time customer. 1 hour and 5 min for a top of the line pedicure, manicure and lip wax. Pedicure alone should have been 50 mins.
Horrible job! Obviously won't be back.

I had a massage with Michelle last week. She was fantastic!! She was very accommodating when i had to change the time of my massage the day before and opened the studio early! She checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was right and gave tips on how to help problem areas in everyday life. I would definitely recommend her for a deep tissue massage!

Returned to this salon today with a couple of friends. Asked for a dip manicure. (Update, most of my nails stayed on pretty good for 2 weeks.. 2 nails broke)
For this, they did the cuticle care and such that was lacking from my previous visit... however I was also charged $50 rather than $40...
The lady was SUPER rude about it too when I didn't realize that I had apparently asked for a different service... dip nails vs. a dip MANICURE. Getting my nails done should imply that a manicure is necessary.. I'm not just asking you to slap some polish on my nails.

Honestly, I am in love with this place. Cindy is so talented, kind, and overall amazing! Salon James' facilities are GORGEOUS and so clean. I've had my hair cut and colored here, and the results are breathtaking for me! She even waxed my eyebrows/lip area and did a brow tint, and it's a perfect job. I can't wait to come in for a full lash extension job and nails!! I even got cranberry juice and lemonade while waiting for my hair to dye. I recommend this place to any and everyone because Cindy is the best!!! My favorite one stop shop for all things beauty.

I called last minute on a Saturday afternoon after calling numerous places and the lady on the phone was super polite and was very happy to get me an appointment same day. This is my first time being here but it looks so nice and clean! Very good first impression :)

This place was terrible with my hair, they just slapped on the hair dye/bleach and burned my scalp in the process. They even made me pay full price afterwards! Do not trust them with your hair!

They left me in their salon chair for a hour before they took out the bleach I have hives on my head because of it!

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Thanks for ruining my hair Cindy!

Gave it a couple stars because it's gorgeous inside and the staff is very friendly. My pedicure was nice and had I gone in for only that, I probably would've been okay with it. However, if you plan on getting SNS dip, RUN FAR FAR AWAY.

First off, yes. My nails are short. But that should not mean my nails will stick to my skin. I spent my entire drive after I left trying to separate my nails from the skin on my fingers. They were sloppy, thick and uneven. Plus they put a gel top coat on them that caused sharp peaks on the tops of my nails. I could not believe that they let me leave with

Nobody greeted us. We sat with our feet in cold water for an hour before getting fed up and walking out. When we did walk out nobody bothered to ask why or even care. One star because I can't rate it zero

Terrible service and very over priced. I get a gel manicure and my nails have tons of bubbles in them. Also my lady was extremely rude. Would not recommend. Nice facility though.

I love going to this salon for my nails. The staff does an excellent job on my nails. You can make an appointment so you don't have to wait. It's a very nice size with beautiful decor. They provide you with fresh fruit and water. My nails are very healthy. They have a variety of OPI colors. The place is very modern and up to date with all of the nail trends.

Absolutely AMAZING Experience! Such a beautiful place, and wonderful people who work there. I live in Slidell but was in Baton Rouge today. It was my first time at Salon James and I needed to get a pedicure and I couldn't have wanted anything more! Fresh cut up fruit with the beverage of my choice! Yes please! Tina was perfect! Best pedicure ever!! I will definitely be back! Can't wait until next time :)

Went to get my hair done and she did not listen to a single thing I asked for. She went WAAY DARKER then I asked for. I walked in blonde and walked out with black hair. I told her I did not like it and she literally just said "come back in 2 weeks if you don't like it !!!" Well I paid almost $200 and absolutely hate it. Would love to give negative stars if possible

I just entered and I am loving the spa atmosphere. It's very spacious clean and spa like. It's smells very clean as well(not chemically clean) I haven't been serviced yet but as of now everything else gets an A++

I am very glad I picked this place for my friends first professional mani-pedi. The staff was very helpful. Our feet soaked a little too for my liking, but we were checked in on just right number of times.They offered beverages and a small bowl of fruit salad. My friend and I decided to be adventurous and try the Thai tea and it was delicious. I believe the staff worked an hr over the time they closed to make sure we had a great service. We both really appreciated it and made sure they were rewarded for it. This place offers many services. I look forward to saving up and making a mother daughter

Excellent service from the moment I walked until I left! I came on a busy weekend (4th of July). I was offered a beverage of my choice and was catered to every step of the way. At one point, I got chilly. I was brought a warm and cozy blanket! My pedicure was completed by Tina. If you want to talk, she will. But if you want to relax, she lets you do that. She checked in on how I was feeling during the pedicure to ensure I was enjoying my time. Felt like a queen.
