Best short hair stylist in Baton Rouge. Nesee cares about her clients. She's amazing I sit in her chair and let her do her magic. Nesse is talented and has wonderful personalities to match. For cuts- I trust her with my life! That lady knows what she is doing when it comes to hair. It's truly a great experience with her all around.
