WickRight Passive Ventilation dries out wet masonry, stops leaks, improves indoor air quality, extends the life of low-slope roofs and prevents truss damage. We make linear passive ventilation devices, scupper access equipment, truss reinforcement brackets and tenting for open low-slope roof systems.

WickRight Roof VRS allows the interstitial space beneath the plywood roof deck to exhaust condensation, and redirects moisture from the masonry wall to the exterior, away from the roof system. This passive ventilation significantly extends the life of roofing and structural components and allows wet truss ends embedded in masonry pockets to dry.
All the training and help you need to diagnose and solve your client's water intrusion issues. If your client caught the issue early, the solutions may include ventilation, roofing repairs and masonry maintenance. If the damage is more extensive - the scope may also include a complete roof tear off, parapet rebuild or reinforcement and/or replacement of trusses.

My 5 unit condo building had a water intrusion issue that no one, and I mean NO ONE could figure out. We spent years, and thousands of dollars trying to solve the problem and got nowhere. Enter Bob Kelly...the guy is a water intrusion savant. He diagnosed the problem, invented his own fix for it, and did all the work. Everything always took a little bit longer than expected, but Bob and his guys were always super nice and professional. You'll be able to find other contractors to get things done quicker and cheaper, but if you definitely want it done right the first time these are the guys to call

Bob Kelly is absolutely THE person you want for water intrusion issues in your home. He is extremely knowledgable and thoughtful about repairs and recognizes that each issue requires a custom strategy. His work is high quality, creative and effective.
