You get to learn practical tools you can practice and use to decrease anxiety, sadness, loneliness and conflict in relationships. I believe in being genuine and honest with my clients. I understand that therapy is a vulnerable process and feel honored you would choose me to share this journey with you.

I have always been intrigued by people! I love hearing about experiences and discovering uniqueness in each person I meet. It became apparent to me at a young age that I wanted to be in a position where I could interact with others and possibly be part of their journey towards healing, self-discovery and growth.
Therapy will often consist of take-home assignments, both behavioral and written, implemented to challenge the individual towards positive change. There are occasions when I will recommend a visit to a Doctor to rule out physiological sources of your symptoms. And on other occasions, I will recommend a Psychiatrist Assessment if symptoms are severe and I feel medication may be merited or considered alongside therapeutic services.
Feeling worried constantly is an unsettling feeling, but there is hope. There are approaches used in therapy that can help ease your mind and have more control over your fears. Using mental exercises and processing your core beliefs in connection to your worries will be helpful to help ease your anxious symptoms.
A clinician will connect with you online to have sessions either through your phone or computer. First a clinician will give you a call and get acquainted with your therapy needs and what your goals are for therapy. During this time clinician will determine during first assessment/ intake if they appropriate for you according to your symptoms, mental health history and current life impairments.
Diana is an amazing person and anyone who comes into contact with her in a professional or personal way will attest to that fact. She has a heart of gold and has a way with people that will quickly make everyone feel at ease and like you are free to be you. Her advise and guidance on relationships, family and just daily life has helped me in so many ways.

Diana is an exceptional therapist, truly rare. She is incredibly non-judgemental, increased my awareness, multiculturally competent, and finally did not advise me, only supported me in making my own decisions as well as becoming my true self. Diana cares about the best interests of her clients. She is empathetic, honest, and one of the wisest people I have ever met. She is also notably knowledgeable and professional. I can go on and on about Diana all day, but my final note will be that she changed my life for the better forever. She gave me a set of tools that will last me forever and make healthier

An amazing therapist. I have heard a lot of mumbo jumbo in the past from other people but she really makes you understand how to change your perspective and I am surprised at how quickly things turned around.
