My step-father has been a plumber for 40+ years and recently retired from running his successful plumbing company. Wife and I woke up to no water, called A-1. They came out exactly when they said they would. My knowledge of how machinery especially plumbing works is limited, turns out it was ants fault the water wasn’t working. They were here but a few moments and for that did not charge but I would have paid. Will certainly use them in the future and will let anyone know that asks what great customer service and business they have. Thank you!

We called several plumbers and couldn't get a quick response from any of them A1 affordable plumbing we called and they said they'd be here between 30 to 45 minutes away . They were here in 30 minutes they took care of all the plumbing needs. everything is working great and they were priced affordably and thanks to Matt and Derek for their help in resolving our plumbing problems thank you and Dixie. I'm a property manager and I know how hard it is to find good help right now. I find the review from Camilla a little excessive. I found A-1 after I had been charged $350 for a leaky faucet that required a $15 part be replaced from a different plumbing company. The leak was still there, and they had to come back out again. Afterwards it was still an issue, that's when I called A-1, they came out found the issue and actually corrected it. And charged a lot less than the other company. This is the WORST plumbing company you can use..
They came to my house and took them 10 minutes to do an easy fix on my shower head and tried to charge me 237$ and they said there is a minimum fee of $300 just for showing up to my home (which they never mentioned when I booked the appointment)
Speaking of appointment, they not only canceled on me once but they tried to cancel twice snd even came 2-3 hours late on their appointment
They stole my money and took advantage of me being new in town and foreign
They way over charged for a job that's not what any other plumbing company would have

He came out as booked, reliable, cordial, and experienced. He did the job which I booked (reinstalling a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal) and also did a repair that happened the night before which I hadn't booked (leak in guest bathroom toilet). The bill was much less than I was expected. I will use no other plumbers in the future.
